Help with Tajweed Mufti for Android. Can't find your answer? Email [email protected], and include your phone model and Android version.
Getting a score
Open Tajweed Mufti, tap Start Assessment (or choose a word, ayah or surah in Practice), tap the microphone, recite, and tap again to stop. You can also tap the microphone beside any ayah in the Quran reader. Tap Listen First to hear the reference recitation.
“We couldn't hear you”
The recording was too quiet to contain a voice, so it was not sent. Hold the phone closer, check that no other app is using the microphone, and make sure Tajweed Mufti has microphone permission in Android Settings → Apps → Tajweed Mufti → Permissions.
Levels
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced change which tajweed rules you are judged on and how much tajweed and tashkeel mistakes cost. Missed or wrong sounds count fully at every level.
The coach
After each score the coach writes feedback and reads it aloud. Choose General for plain advice or Tajweed to hear rule names, and type follow-up questions. Coaching is AI-generated guidance: verify with a qualified teacher.
Reading and listening
Tap Quran and choose a surah. Use the settings button in the reader for tajweed colours, transliteration and the Urdu translation, and tap the reciter's name to change reciter. Playback continues with the screen off; use the notification to pause.
Family
In Profile → Family, sign in with Google, then create a family and share its invite code or link, or enter a code you received. A family holds up to five people.
